Great location. Spacious room. Beds were a bit on the firm side but otherwise definitely recommend. There’s coin operated laundry with soap in the machine which was useful. Just make sure you clean the dryer lint and have time to dry your load for at least 60min. Free coffee in the lobby which was nice.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Issues with the room design, it is hard to get to bed specially the ones on the floor as you can easily hit your head hard. Lack of adeqaute wardrobe and hangers for four persons. No racks to leave washed dishes in the kichenette. Slow elevator. There are several positive points as well, like the free coffee and nice location close to Namba station.

The property is new and everything is clean and spotless. The room is adequately sized and comfortable for a family of 4. Service staff were attentive and helpful. Location is just a short 5 minute stroll to the main Namba shopping street and another 8 min stroll to Dotonbori. Will definitely recommend this property for your stay in Osaka.
