Hotel SHE Osaka was a delightful stay for us in Osaka while visiting Expo 2025. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and had an amazing staff. Without exception, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always extremely polite. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a quiet, affordable option in Osaka.
The hotel is modern and stylish, with a unique touch—there’s even a vinyl record player in the room, which adds a cool retro vibe. It’s a charming boutique hotel offering good value for the price. The location is about an 8-minute walk from the train station—not exactly very close, but still manageable. The room is compact; we were a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) and were provided with one double bed and one single bed, which was a bit of a squeeze, but overall still a pleasant stay.
The staff were always friendly. Ate at the cafe, which was delicious. About a 10 minute walk from Bentencho station made getting around not difficult. Would stay here again.
Very lovely friendly staff, however not suitable for a young family of four. The room was tiny with two adults and two young children. No space to comfortably open our luggage without placing it on our clean sheets. Little room to walk around in the hotel room as well. Two seven elevens and a Lawson is walking distance, which made sourcing snacks easy. The hotel also offers food which we did not get a chance to try.
The staff was very kind and generous! The breakfast was very tasty and a nice way to start the day. Really enjoyed having access to the record players, even if I didn't have a lot of time to sit and listen. Cool vibes, the cafe downstairs was very inviting. Easy walk to Bentencho station and transfers to Dotonburi and other neighbourhoods were easy.
I'm a trans man, and it was a small detail but I really appreciated in the check-in form that there was an "other"'option for gender in the check-in.
Would absolutely stay here again.
This hotel is wonderfully quirky and has a unique charm. It’s modern yet fits perfectly into its traditional surroundings. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is spotless with fantastic amenities. I appreciated the free washing capsules in the laundry room and the chilled-out music at reception. The room's vinyl player, with a choice of two records, was a fun touch. Breakfast was delicious and continental, and the free drinks and snacks between 5-9pm were a lovely bonus. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the station, close to Universal Studios and Osaka Castle, and a direct train ride to the international airport. Overall, a great stay—I highly recommend it!
Hotel staff was great! Rooms were clean and looked nice. Location is a little bit of a walk from a station, but nothing too bad. It’s in a quieter area and lots of bike riders in this area, not sure if that’s a general thing in Osaka though, so make sure to be aware of that when walking around.
