Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed the hotel. The room was comfortable, but I would suggest paying closer attention to cleanliness, especially the air ventilation grilles, which could be better maintained. Unfortunately, our departure ended on a slightly bittersweet note. We asked if we could quickly eat some food we had purchased from a supermarket before heading to the airport, and we were told that we could not and would need to eat outside on the street. While we understand hotel policies, we had hoped for a bit more flexibility and accommodation in that situation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but improving attention to cleanliness and guest flexibility would make the experience even better.

Good staff, friendly service, it’s located 12 mins walk from the station so if you are arriving with large bags like I was best to get shuttle service or send your luggage over to your hotel through Yamato or other baggage delivery. The area around the hotel is busy with lots of eating places. I personally liked it as it wasn’t as touristy as nanba. The hotel itself was clean, room was a bit small but good enough for a night for to chill at. Overall my experience was good, I stayed one night and the. The following day had my luggage delivered to my next hotel. Shout out again to the super helpful staff they helped me fill out my baggage delivery forms and were very nice.

⸻ The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Osaka Station. It looks modern and well-maintained, almost like new. One of the main reasons I’d definitely stay here again is the free drinks in the evening — from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, guests can enjoy beer, scotch, vodka, and more at no extra cost. It’s such a nice way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The sauna and public baths were also excellent and added a relaxing touch to the stay.
