nobody's there to check you in or out until called

On arrival, nobody was there to check me in until I called them. On checkout, I also had to call them to return key. House was clean but room wasn't made up when I checked in at 3pm, so had to wait for them to clean up after the last guests messed up the room. Bed was warm with electric blanket, a rarity with any accommodation but mattress was so thin you're basically sleeping on the plastic plank that lined the base. Bathroom at first floor only was super cold as airconditioner didn't have enough juice to heat up the whole floor. Security was OK since there's a token needed to open main entrance door and key to individual room. Otherwise posted signs are all in Korean, so I assume owner is, as all the other guests also seem to be. TV channels all in Korean, with the exception of CNN, courtesy of Internet media player device plugged into hdmi socket. Life supermarket 600m away, and you can cook using the gas or microwave. Neighbourhood on the rough side look-wise, but Japan is always safe.

思った以上にに個室も広くて良かったです。消臭スプレーの匂いが部屋に染み付いていて、かなり強かったです。それ以外は問題なし、近所の建物のガラスが破られていたり、治安的には少し不安な場所ではあります。

他の方と同じ部屋をシェアするのかと思ったけれど1人で使えて快適でした。部屋のテレビは電波の入りが悪いのか写りませんでした。

가격이 저렴하니 오너의 친절함과 청결함을 바란다면 욕심일 것이다. 또한, 게스트하우스의 특성상 자신의 경험은 숙박 당시의 입실한 타인에 따라서 편차가 발행할 수 있다. 저렴한 숙소는 죄가 없지만 숙소가 저렴하기에 입실하는 게스트의 부류는 나눠질 수 있다.

格安で済ませたいなら◎。昔、家族が住んでいた家を改造し、部屋毎に貸してる感じですね。なので、風呂や歯磨き等はしにくく、近くの延羽の湯などで済ませるのが良いかと。USJに行くのに借りましたが、意外とUSJからは遠い宿でした。

깨끗하고 안락하게 잘 이용했습니다.

연말에 갑자기 비행기표를 예매하고 다른지역과 더불어 패스를 이용해서 오사카에 오게 된지라 폭등한 숙소 가격에 고민이 많던차에 이 곳을 발견해서 예약하게 되었습니다. 공용욕실 부분이 조금 걱정되었지만 방이 총 3개이고 화장실은 두개라 예약했어요. 츠루하시(쓰루하시)역에서 조금 걸어야하긴 하지만 저는 밖에서 하루종일 놀다가 집에 귀가한다는 생각으로 하루 여행 계획 세우고, 돌아보고 하는 생각으로 구경 하며 걸었어요. 숙소 위치상 장점은 뭐니뭐니헤도 JR.킨테츠.메트로를 모두 이용할 수 있다는 점이 아닐까 싶어요. 패스 잘 활용하시길 바라구요. 다른 후기를 보면 숙소가 깨끗하다는 얘기가 많길래 믿고 갔는데 정말로 화장실 거실 침실 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 방에 냉장고도 크게 있어서 편의점 이용하는 맛이 있었네요. 숙소로 오는 길에 큰 로손이 있는데 임박은 할인까지 하더라구요.ㅎㅎ 사장님이 함께 거주하는 것이 아니라 지나친 간섭이 없어서 좋았고 그러면서도 근처에 계시는 거라 대응을 신속하게 해주시고 좋았습니다. 메시지도 신속하고 친절하게 응다해주십니다. 편안하게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 물론 어디까지나 숙소의 위생과 안락 부분은 이용자가 만들어가는 것입니다. 사장님이 깨끗이 정리해놓았어도 이용자가 엉망으로 만들어놓으면 그걸 발견하고 후기에 간혹 숙소 위생 부분을 얘기하게 되는거죠. 공동 이용 부분이 있으니 본인뿐만 아니라 다른 분을 생각해서 깨끗하게 이용하시길 바랍니다. 매너가 있는 손님들이 같은 기간이 숙박하길 바라는 수밖에 없는 부분은 있어요. 어쨌든 저는 청결부분이나 편안함 부분에서는 만족하고 잘 이용했습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶어요.

게스트하우스/호스텔/민박 등의 카테고리에서 최고라고 할 수 있습니다. 게하로서도 저렴한 가격에, 무려 개인실이 제공되고 개인실 내에는 냉장고마저 있습니다... 심지어 호텔 미니 냉장고가아니라 냉동실 칸도 있는 제대로 된 냉장고입니다. 수건이 무료인 점은 덤입니다. 그나마 호불호 갈릴만한 점이라면 위치 정도인데, 개인적으론 매우 만족했습니다. 난바에서 걸어갈만한 위치는 결코 아니지만, 오히려 한적한 주택가라서 좋았습니다. 교통도 지하철(센니치마에선) / 사철(킨테츠) / JR(순환선)이 모두 있는 츠루하시역에서 가깝기 때문에 충분히 좋습니다. 도톤보리에 걸어가는 위치여야만한다! 가 아니라면 위치도 좋습니다. 물론 도톤보리도 지하철 타면 금방이고요. 주인분과 카톡 연락도 수월했고 친절하셨습니다. 여러모로 게하로서 최상이라고 생각하고 적극 추천합니다!

普通のお家。１階に１部屋とトイレ２つ、お風呂と洗面所、写真に写っているダイニングキッチンがあります。２階には２部屋ありました。タオルは清潔なものが洗面所に置いてあり、使いたいだけ取れます。フロントはなく、電話をして出てきてもらい、鍵の方法などを伺いました。５分くらいのところに日帰り温泉施設があるので、お風呂はそちらを使いました。部屋には冷蔵庫もあり、便利です。２段ベットと、布団を敷きました。線路に近いので電車の音はしますが、私はそれほど気になりませんでした。また機会がありましたら利用したいと思います。

ただ宿泊のみの目的なら十分過ごせます。歩いてすぐのところに温泉施設もあります。ただ、韓国の方が管理しており、日本語がほぼ通じないのが不便です。

家の前の景観の古さに多少物怖じするけど、部屋はとても綺麗だった。安さ重視で決めたのでとても満足だった。徒歩３分程の場所に銭湯やコンビニがあるのは立地がいいなと思った。が、唯一チェックインやチェックアウトのやり方がよく分からず、電話をかけても全く日本語ができない韓国人？が出て、やり取りに困った。総合的にはとても良かった。

寝るだけなら部屋、トイレ、シャワーも清潔なので家族で宿泊料金を抑えたい人には適していると思います。駐車場はすぐ近くのコインパーキングにて48時間置きっぱなしで2000円くらいでした。
