Everything was good up until the very end When I was asked to leave the executive members lounge after one hour of checkout time despite having permission to stay there to finish my work call and email. Employee was very concerned that I didn’t have one quarter of a sandwich and a drink. Really ruined a what would have been a very happy stay. Most of the staff were great

My wife and i had to book a room here due to a passport going missing while visiting a local attraction. The staff understood how stressful the situation was and went above and beyond to try to assist us. They even provided hot cookies to calm our nerves. Special thanks to Minami Tamai and Ayumi for taking care of our needs. We ended up finding our passport but again, the staff was absolutely great. Thanks again Minami and Ayumi!!
