Room is clean, some of the bathroom shower areas were a little rougher on the edges, Room in general was clean, AC works amazing, onsen was lovely has everything you would need and expect. Post onsen popsicle and yakult is very nice. They include pajamas and slippers to wear to the onsen. Definitely one of my favorite places.
