The room was clean, unusual layout. Another hotel with very hard and uncomfortable pillows, must be a thing in Japan? Awesome location, very quick walk to Dotonbori. Staff were a little robotic, not overly friendly or warm.

The amenities are excellent, the receptionist helped me to call the hotel in another city about shipping my luggage over because I didn’t inform that hotel ahead of time. She is an older lady but she was willing to go through all the trouble to help me. Nowhere in other countries you will find such good customer service. Japanese are wonderful people.
