The amenities are excellent, the receptionist helped me to call the hotel in another city about shipping my luggage over because I didn’t inform that hotel ahead of time. She is an older lady but she was willing to go through all the trouble to help me. Nowhere in other countries you will find such good customer service. Japanese are wonderful people.

After a long day of walking around Osaka, it was great to be able to settle in and have a bowl of ramen at night and get in the onsen to relax. The amenities: like the free washer and reasonably priced dryer was convenient. Loved the Yakult and free ice cream. My sister usually does not eat very much but she loaded up on the buffet every day and enjoyed the food. Location was very close to Dotonbori and subways. Overall truly comfortable and convenient.

Fun in osaka

Hotel was amazing. The room was the same size as most Japanese hotels, smaller shower only but that was fine with us. Free ramen at night was a nice touch. There is a nice onsen/hot spring on site that I was unable to use due to having tattoos which is fine, I don’t take away anything for that. But Osaka has a more artistic/younger vibe with more tattooed people that even Tokyo so for it being in a tourist area it’s strange but again, didn’t bother me. The only downside in my opinion to this hotel were the pillows. They are very firm so if you’re looking for a fluffier pillow bring your own. But outside of that everything is wonderful would recommend still. It’s a short walk to Dotonobori and great shopping areas. But a bit far from a major station.
