The hotel is very nice. In the heart of Dotonbori. Facilities were good. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The only downside was the area around is crowded with tourists and noisy well into the night

BEST hotel we stayed at our whole trip. Make sure you have their FREE coffee. Its GOOD. Cold facecloths are a nice touch. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Fluent in English too ! If i come back to Osaka, this is my GO TO HOTEL .. hands down. Highly recommend.
