The room was very clean. We booked a superior room and this was lovely and although still small roomier than others as Japanese rooms are very small . Very nice lobby facilities.

The room was spacious and confortable. My son puked all over his blankets and the cleaning staff was super helpful. Everyone was super nice. It's in a walking distance from a lot of interest points. Beds were confortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel was a short walk from the trai. Station. What stood out the most was the staff. They took their time to show us the hotel roof top soda bar and emphasized it's 24 hour availability and all inclusiveness. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel opened in 2026 so the property is clean / well maintained. I would prefer a location closer to the Namba action. The breakfast was just ok. The room layout had plenty of space but not very functional. I hate to leave a lukewarm review because the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was awesome! One of the front desk guys Joon I think it was, was super helpful helping us send our luggage to our next stop. Beds super comfortable, housekeeping came every day to do a full clean and free water bottles, very similar to most American chains so I loved it! Asides from the grouchy receptionist the last night that told us that it was “dark hour” to go hang out to the 2nd floor that we did not know was a place to hang out since early morning you gotta pay to get in.

Albergo ottimo e funzionale.
