Had the most amazing stay here. Booked a mother daughter massage that was perfection. Hotel has unbeatable location. Everything about it is great. The only thing i wish I had asked for was a room higher up only because we could hear the occasional train passing by. Otherwise, great location, spacious rooms, wonderful spa, and yummy breakfast.

Love this hotel. Fantastic location right at Namba train station. Walking distance to Dotonburi. Next to Takashimaya mall, tons of places to eat and lots of things to do. Everything is readily accessible. Breakfast was ok but still worth the price. Staff was fantastic. Hotel has several cool restaurants within the building. Views from hotel are fantastic. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

It has been a wonderful hotel. Their hospitality and service was amazing. Since we got to the hotel until our last day was excellent, clean and the room was big. Chopaka and Tum were the best and their service was outstanding.

Great hotel! Staff was attentive and thoughtful. The room was spacious. The open bathroom style was convenient for getting ready in the morning, with the sink outside and the toilet and shower area separated into two rooms. Hallways are quiet most of the time, aside from the occasional sound of people passing by. The elevators to the rooms are limited access to those staying at the hotel. There was little to no wait for the elevators. Breakfast buffet was 10/10. Food options consisted of Japanese, Thai, and Western. Everything was delicious. You are free to sit anywhere. The hotel is conveniently located near Namba Station. You can walk straight through Namba Parks and into the 2nd floor lobby, which is easier than walking on the sidewalks.

The hotel is a lovely place to stay with very good shopping course by and then a simple walk to Dotonbori. Great new room great view from 27th floor fascinating gourmet menu at one restaurant and other choices available staff polite and professional good size room ensuring new and clean quiet immediate area. The breakfast was good and varied but not inspiring.

Staff was polite but not very helpful. Hotel is a bit of a walk from the subway station. We left some items we purchased in the room by accident and we were downstairs trying to have our luggage held. The items could have been easily returned to us. Overall this hotel is overpriced for what you get.

This was the second hotel I stayed at during my first trip to Osaka. I was there for two nights on the 29th floor. The room was amazing and offered a great view overlooking Namba Park and what I believe was Den Den Town. The Christmas decorations being set up were a nice touch, and I appreciated being invited to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony as well.
