very nice stay would definitely recommend and stay here again. budget wasn't the best needs more variety of foods, incredibly limited. the room lighting for makeup and getting ready for women was very dull and very limited, needs a vanity or vanity lighting on restroom mirror. uber and taxi pick ups were always a struggle we had to walk out of the area to catch an uber or taxi, quite inconvenient. otherwise, great service great location great people great atmosphere love it!!!

Property is great. Our first visit was amazing. However, the second time we booked, customer was a little bad. The staff that helped was not very accommodating at all. Whenever we’re in Osaka, this is our go to hotel but not sure if I’ll stay here again. Not from what we experienced last time.
