The location was awesome! Most days we didn’t have to take any public transportation to go to any of the popular places to eat and shop. Metro station was also close by on the days we took day trips to Kyoto and Nara. I would totally stay here again with my family!

It was terrible trying to talk to a real person at this hotel, checking in was a nightmare. Couldn’t even get more towels without an advance reservation. Save yourself the hassle and go with a traditional hotel that has a real front staff.

Clean room with a good washer to get your clothes cleaned for the next adventure. How clothes get dried is interesting but it totally works.The process was easy to check in. The luggage storage space was safe. The condo is at good location to access the outdoor markets/restaurants/retail spaces as well as the trains.The only thing that was confusing was the 2 available keypads for entry into the lobby. We realized the larger keypad is the intercom for reaching a tenant. The smaller keypad is what we use to access the lobby. Overall, we would return to this condo on the next visit to JP.
