Never been to a "hotel" where we were expected to take our own trash out. Or do dishes without drying towel or drying rack. Emails said we can leave luggage after 12pm inside door. But there was 2 doors and housekeepers were surprised and kind of mad w einterrupted their process. There was only 3 or so laundry pods so we couldnt complete doing our laundry. Dryer wssher combo didnt dry our stuff so it took 2 days to hang dry. Other, near tram and train station and convenience stores nearby. Spacious. Didnt see the outdoor public bath in pictures of the property. We thought it was a typhoon when the upstairs neighbor ran their bath berore 7am.

Lovely place

Lovely place, spacious and clean. Has multiple bathrooms and separate to toilets, convenient for a small or big group of people. Basic cooking stuff in kitchen, sufficient for preparing breakfast.

キッチンの清潔さは最悪で、床はひどく汚かった（しかも裸足で入らなければならない）。キッチンには調理器具がほとんどなく、ファンと換気扇はひどく汚れていた。洗濯用の洗剤も足りなかった。しかし、最悪だったのはホテルとの連絡が全く役に立たず、遅かったことだ。 近くには自動販売機がたくさんある。セブンイレブンまでは徒歩5分しかかからない。 The kitchen was terrible, the floor was filthy (and you had to walk in barefoot). There were barely any utensils in the kitchen, the fan and extractor were very dirty, and there was a shortage of laundry detergent. But the worst part was that communication with the hotel was completely useless and slow. There are plenty of vending machines nearby, and a 7-Eleven is only a 5-minute walk away.
