・There is no cleaning service provided during your stay.
Please contact us if you would like additional cleaning services, such as for long-term stays (additional fees apply).

・If the property is used for drinking parties and traces of vomit are found, a flat fee of 30,000 yen will be charged for cleanup.

・If there is any damage to the furniture or facilities, you will be billed separately.

・If you check out late without prior notice, a separate fee of 3,000 yen per 20 minutes will be charged.

・Please use the guest settings to access the Google Account on the tuner-less Google TV. Please use your personal accounts for Amazon Prime and Netflix. Please turn off the TV if you are not watching. Please log out of your accounts before leaving. We cannot be held responsible.

・Please ensure the door is locked and all lights are turned off. We cannot be held responsible for any issues such as theft.

・There is no elevator, so please use the stairs.

・Please place any trash bags accumulated during your stay in one of the two DUST BOXES located to the left as you exit the front door.
The trash is collected by the waste management company on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings.
