Come visit Lake of the Ozarks! We're located in the famous Tan-Tar-A Estates in the gated Margaritaville resort neighborhood. This luxurious 4 Bedroom lake-view home is the place you want to be after a long day on the lake. The sun-room with power recliners overlooking the cove & brand new bed sets really help you recharge. You have a beautiful open kitchen and 3 dining tables to seat at least 20 people for those large gatherings. You will also find a large screened-in patio, large outdoor patio, and fire pit to keep the good times going. We provide a grill with propane. You will have access to several cool activities in the area as well including a couple community pools, golf, horseback riding, etc. - 4 King beds, 3 Queen beds

Thanksgiving stay.

Our extended family of 10 stayed comfortably. The house was clean with plenty of room. The sunroom had a great view. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion is add some wine glasses to the kitchen.

Great home, great location!

Well maintained property with high end finishes. Plenty of space to spread out in every single room. Smarts tvs and WiFi function throughout the property. A great vacation option for anyone. . Our stay would have been 1000/10 if the fridge was cold when we arrived. Took many hours before the fridge got cold due to its settings, but could be something a previous renter had messed with.

Not horrible but not fantastic

First, the house is beautiful and updated. The kids loved the open space and there is enough room with feeling crowded. Cleaning could have been a lot better. My kids found adult version drinking cards, trash bin was full from the previous renters and the biggest problem was the door knobs. The kids were locked in a room because the door knobs were loose and didn’t line up. My husband fixed four door knobs for them. This is a great house besides that. On another note, If you want to fish etc. choose a different location. Our kids were hoping to fish off the community dock and that wasn’t even possible because there wasn’t one, like indicated on their map. The path to go down to that area is over taken by weeds with thorns and at the end was a broken down piece of cement. They were looking into a discount but I haven’t heard a thing. Hoping it is better for the next renter.

Girls family get together

This house was perfect for our girls family gathering of 12. There were so many good things about the house that I would love to give it a 5 star review, but there were just several things that kept me from doing that. The cleanliness of the bathrooms needed to be better and 2 of the toilets had very loose seats. There were multiple carpet stains that spot cleaning could certainly help. There was also one bedroom that only had 4 curtain panels to cover 2 sliding glass doors so there was no way to cover the entire doors. The beds were all very comfortable and the sunroom was perfect for coffee and conversation! We would book this property again and hope that additional cleaning steps have been taken.

Perfect!

It was a perfect home for a getaway for my friends and I. Very spacious and clean and a nice, quiet neighborhood that was easy to get to. The pluses- plenty of clean towels, lots of beds (very comfy) and bathrooms, very nice and large classy space. The cons- the fire pit was different than we were expecting (it was more of a furnace looking thing) and the ice maker was broken. Those are minor problems though and we had no real issues or complaints. Everyone enjoyed their stay!
