The property itself was very nice. The amenities were very nice as well! Everyone in the area was very friendly and seemed to enjoy talking with us. The view out the balcony and main bedroom windows were spectacular! It is close to many things in Osage Beach, including a target and Hyvee 5 minutes away. I will mention it took a bit to get in contact with our Guest Contact for the apartment, but once we got with him he was very friendly. It is worth mentioning that hidden fees played a major role in jacking up the price of this rental. We went from ~600 total to over 850 just from hidden fees alone. This was a VERY disappointing way to end our trip and really made us upset. Overall a great property, and would recommend it for everyone if it weren’t for the hidden fees.
