Our beautiful lake home is located in the gated community of the famous Tan-Tar-A Estates located inside Margaritaville Lake Resort. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of gathering space with a view unlike any other overlooking the 7th green and the beautiful lake. You will have free excess to two private community pools. Margaritaville Lake Resort, including fine dining, golf, Timber Lake Waterpark, pool bar, bowling, horseback riding all offered at the Resort for an additional cost

We have stayed at Margaritaville in one of the houses there every summer for the last five years . This house was by far our favorite. Everything was as pictured. My granddaughters, and even the rest of the family really enjoyed the foosball table.

Relaxing Getaway

This was truly a Cozy Vacation Home. The home is comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a short or long getaway. The host was more than gracious and was very timely with all contact with us. We will definitely plan another family trip here in the future!

Perfect home away from home!

Quiet neighbors, and home location with Lakeview stood out first, but an added wow factor happened when we saw the decor and interior atmosphere! This home truly stands out from the rest. We have found our “lake home” without the expenses of owning our own! Minutes away from the Margaritaville community such as Driftwood spa, horseback riding and more.

Fantastic Property | Easy Resort Access

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! Each morning through the bay windows looking onto the 7th hole of the golf course deer would visit, looking just beyond them is the lake. The bedrooms are located on the bottom floor which would be perfect had I brought my family with a large upper room complete with foosball. I would highly recommend this location and will be looking to book it again in the future. The property owners were very responsive to all my questions. Location wise it is close enough to take a short walk to the main resort, restaurants and shops. You won't be disappointed!
