The location of this apartment is perfect for Orvieto, you are right in the middle of town close to everything.The apartment is clean and modern. A very comfortable bed.As it's been mentioned in a few of the reviews, the bed room is up a flight of circular stairs, this was not a problem for us.The kitchen is stocked with enough items to make light meals.The coffee maker is a pod machine with a couple of pods left as a courtesy it's easy to purchase more in several of these small stores around town. But there are so many wonderful places to have an espresso or a cappuccino.One thing to note is the description does say laundry. And it's really the only reason that I gave the description rating four stars instead of five. The laundry it refers to is a coin laundry which is just a few minutes away which we did use. It is a bit expensive 6 euros to wash and six euros to dry. But we met some very nice local people there.Be sure to ask Francisco for restaurant recommendations, he gave us several and both of the ones that we went to were excellent.As with many small towns in Italy the more off the beaten track the restaurant is, generally the less expensive they are but in no way do they reduce the quality of the meals which have all been, as I said, excellent.I will not hesitate to stay here if we visit Orvieto again!
