If you’re looking for a place to just to get away and enjoy full lake access, as well as two tier decks located by the water and one on the side of the home to enjoy the lake and the most amazing sunsets, then you have found it here. This home has unique amenities, such as a trolley that will bring your items ( nothing over 40 lbs please at a time and please no riding on it EVER PLEASE ) down to the house as well as take your items back up to your vehicle ( Operational Aug 1 ). Our home is designed inside and out for your comfort. The interior amenities consists of 4 bedrooms ( Master has a Queen On first floor, the second bedroom has a Queen and the third room has a oversized Twin and the fourth has a full size) which sleeps 7 people comfortably . The Kitchen has all your needs including a dishwasher ( I do not charge for electric electricity or water), and let’s not forget the laundry room so you don’t have to leave to wash your clothes. My home comes with multiple place to gather and eat, with a front patio as well as a rear one and also a deck connected to the house that is off from a four season porch that has a 180 degree view of the lake, its sunsets, wild life for all to enjoy. During the winter, there’s an electric fireplace on the fours season porch as well as one in the living room so you will always be warm and cozy in the winter. If you’re coming in at Christmas time, there will be a Christmas tree up decorated for winter as well as an insert fireplace for that full cozy cuddle up on the very large couch for the night . That is also electric as you see in the pictures and puts out wonderful radiated heat that makes everything cozy. There is tons of comfortable seating in the living room so everyone can enjoy the TV which has wireless Internet for each of the televisions in each room. There is so much to do around the area, whether it be boating ( if you don’t have a boat there’s places to rent less than 4 miles away if you do have a boat there’s a place you can park it right at the top of the property). So whether your coming to kayak, fish, or just lounge around during the summer or spring or come here in the winter to do ice fishing, hunting, shopping, visiting the city or going on day trips to South Dakota ( which is across the lake), as well as visiting the other surrounding lakes.It’s all at your fingertips. We also offer you, during the holidays or a special event ( with permission only) the ability to celebrate Christmas, thanksgiving or an anniversary whatever you choose for you and your family or friends to do here , just call me for permission and let me know what we need to provide you for your event ( with an extra charge ).
