Spacious apartment on a high floor with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, suitable for up to 6 people. This flat is furnished in rustic Tyrolean style and is located on the second floor, which can only be reached using the stairs. The property consists of two double bedrooms (in one with the possibility of adding a single sofa bed), a single bedroom, a bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet, a second bathroom with shower and washbasin, an additional toilet, a living room, a separate kitchen and a large south-facing balcony with a view of the Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.
Pets not allowed.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Characteristic Tyrolean-style mountain house, located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Ortisei. This pretty house has two flats furnished in rustic Tyrolean style and a large garden for shared use. In winter, the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops 50 metres from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski ski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa cableways. Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. In summer, however, the proximity of the bus stop and the centre (10 minutes' walk - approx. 600 metres), with the Luis Trenker promenade and the lifts, is particularly advantageous. In summer you can enjoy the sun and the wonderful view of the Dolomites from the pretty garden. You will find a bakery just over 50 metres from the house, where you can also buy a range of other foodstuffs. The fruit shop is 150 metres from the house, and you will find everything else in the centre of Ortisei. Apartment Karl also offers outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, bike and ski grid and free linen and towels. Original and genuine holidays in the Dolomites!
