The hotel is in the centre of Dalyan and is beautifully furnished and the value for money is excellent the hotel include a good traditional Turkish breakfast. Thank you we look forward to our next stay

As usual the staff were ultra friendly but unfortunately the room was not cleaned at all nor the bathroom bin emptied during my stay. I did inform Yusuf on reception on my arrival that there was a water leak in the bathroom and was told it is normal for that room and that i could move room, i declined the offer as i had just unpacked my case and just put down towels on the floor to soak up the water. The breakfast was buffet style with a choice of eggs( Boiled, Omolette or Eggy bread) hot from the kitchen plus the salad, bread, jam and honey. A tea urn was available but no cold juice.

Kahvaltısı odaları olsun herşey güzel. Yanlız tek sıkıntı araç park alanının olmaması ve aracı park etmek için mahalle aralarında yer aramanız. Otelin bulunduğu alana 18.00 den sonra araç girişide yasak bu yüzden biraz sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz ama otel temizlik ve konum olarak çok güzel bir alanda

Öncelikle merkezi konumu oldukça avantajlıydı. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odalar da yeterli büyüklükteydi. Ama otelde bizi özellikle rahatsız eden odadaki banyonun tamamen cam olmasıydı. Yarıya kadar buzlu cam olmasına rağmen rahatsız ediciydi. Diğer konu da, kahvaltı yetersizdi. Tatil için yeterli ürün tedariği yapılmamıştı. Odamızda terlik yoktu, birkaç defa istememize rağmen 3 gün boyunca gelmedi, konuyla ilgili de not alınmadı her seferinde farklı bir kişiye anlattık. Makyaj lekeli bir havlu geldi, onu rica edince değiştirdiler. Otel genel olarak modern, bakımlı ve olanakları da teknolojik olarak yeterli olmasına rağmen, sezona hazırlıkta yetersiz kalınmış olduğunu deneyimledik.

Otel konum olarak çok güzeldi. Çarşının tam merkezinde olması sebebiyle gerek kaynak kral mezarlarının izlendiği noktaya gerekse kafelere bir iki dakika yürüme mesafesi ile çok yakındı. Otel oldukça yeni, odalar gayet yeterli büyüklükteydi. Ayrıca balkonsuz oda seçmemize rağmen odadan bahçeye çıkılan bir alanımız vardı. Kahvaltı sade ama yeterliydi hatta kahvaltı bitmek üzereyken gittiğimizde çalışan abla biten peyniri, sigara böreğini bizim için yeniledi. Ricam üzerine yumurtalı ekmek dahi pişirdi. Kısacası otel gerek konumu gerek temizliği gerekse çalışanların yardımseverliği ile Dalyan tatilinde tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Buradan kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.

Kesinlikle otopark sorunu mevcut, balkonlu denilen oda hemen yan binaya bakıyor ve araları çok kısa, oteldeki yan odalarla balkonlarınız arasında sadece yarım metre var yada yok, tuvalette sifon suyu gelmeme ve hemen dolmama gibi sorunlar mevcut. Odanın anahtarını kaybetmenin 15 Euro cezası gibi bir cezai yaptırım var, tamam kaybetmedik ama bu cezai işlem çok aşağılayıcı.. Yani kesinlikle memnun kalmadık.

makyaj süper, yeni yapılmış zaten yıpranma imkanı daha olmamış ancak duvarların ses iletimi, üst katta kalan odanın tuvalet ve tüm gürültüleri , odada wifi çekmemesi ve benim şahsi hattımın da çok zayıf çekmesi ,odada tv kumandası olmaması ve buna bir çözüm bulunmaması, duştaki su dengesinin olmaması ( bir an kaynar , bir an buz gibi akması ) dışında her şey güzeldi. gerçekten güler yüzlü resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaş olmasa 2 yıldızı hakediyor.
