Die Wohnung ist okay, wobei die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Traumhaft ist der Ausblick auf den See und die Lage - in wenigen Minuten befindet man sich am See und im Zentrum.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Ein tolles Appartement mit herrlichen Blick auf den See. Alles war sauber und zi unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Remo konnte man mit Fragen jederzeit kontaktieren und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder.

Beautiful scenery and a nice house

Arrival was sooner than planned and the host let us in right away wich is very nice thanks!The house is roomy and has a great view of the lake.The bathroom is nice .The bedroom is good.The kitchen is good enough .A problem was, there is no air-conditioning and no mosquito netting and no fan so I couldn't sleep well the first night, after asking the host we got a fan and mosquito repellent spray which was very nice of the owner. But for sleeping with the windows open was still a problem I bought mosquito netting and ducttape and made those myself, after the upgrade of the netting the stay was super.And the neighbor is also super friendly :)

UneingeschrÀnkt empfehlenswert

Wegen der tollen Aussicht und Ruhe rundum eine Empfehlung. Warum der Balkon wiederholt als klein beschrieben wird, ist mr schleierhaft. Er ist zwar nur etwa 1,10m breit, aber zwischen 5 und 6 m lang. In einigen Details lĂ€sst die Ausstattung der Wohnung zwar zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, aber Preis und Lage sind tadellos.

Wohnung mit einem schönen Blick auf den See inkl. kleinem Balkon (wir haben zu dritt auf dem Balkon frĂŒhstĂŒcken können). Die Lage ist top, der gesamte Ort kann zu Fuß erkundet werden! Was in Orta San Giulio sehr wichtig ist, es gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz zur Wohnung!! Die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und einfach eingerichtet.

Urlaub im Paradies

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Appartment Azalea bei Remo und es war wie immer wundervoll. Das Appartment ist effizient eingerichtet und bietet genug Stauraum fĂŒr die eigenen Sachen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend und durch die zweite Außenterrasse findet man immer ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen. Remo ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber und hilft sofort bei Problemen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage tolle Aussicht

Die sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung liegt zentral zum Ort und zum See mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Auf dem Balkon können 2 Personen am Tisch sitzen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich begrĂŒĂŸt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Einfache Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. An KĂŒchenutensilien fehlen v.a. ein Wasserkocher (fĂŒr Teetrinker), ein Schneidebrett und ein Toaster. Der sensationelle Blick vom Balkon ĂŒber den See und die fußlĂ€ufige NĂ€he zum Zentrum von Orta machen diese MĂ€ngel teilweise wieder wett.

Wohnung mit wunderschönem Seeblick und nettem Gastgeber

Obwohl wir bei der Ankunft aus Versehen zur falschen Adresse gefahren sind, fand uns Remo und leitete uns zum Haus. Die Wohnung ist nicht luxuriös aber bietet fĂŒr den Preis alles, was man braucht und vom Balkon aus hat man einen unglaublichen Blick auf den Ortasee. Remo ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im schönen Stadtzentrum und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Apotheke sind in der NĂ€he. Einen eigenen Parkplatz gab es direkt auf dem GelĂ€nde. Einziges Manko: Den Nachbarn hat man oft sehr spĂ€t noch Instrumente spielen gehört, wir haben ihn darauf aber auch nicht angesprochen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir waren begeistert von diesem Ort und wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!
