The apartment itself is perfectly adequate and functional, although some elements are starting to show their age. Public transport (bus, train) and basic shops are within a few minutes' walk. However, one major drawback must be noted: the ambient noise, as the apartment faces directly onto a busy dual carriageway located less than 20 meters away.
