The pool area has been closed and drained for at least 6 months with no opening date in the future. Bar and restaurant has also been closed down. Very disappointing. Price was high for no amenities. It was advertised that it had all these but it's all been closed for quite sometime.

Hair on pillowcases. Two nights water not hot, luke warm at best. Debris on floor. No pool, hot tub or sauna...down due to maintenance issues. Parking lot dark, several overhead lights out. Breakfast, ran out of cinnamon rolls and it was before 8am!!! Weeds in rock beds. Staff smoking right outside main entry door. Thus lobby smelled of smoke. Disappointed and wished i had not stayed, but no other place was available. Horrible, terrible place. Oh, also, one side entry door is missing door handle.

Awful experience overall. The front desk has a torn up sign taped to it saying the pool is closed (wouldn't have stayed there had I know prior) Was told some lie that the pool would open "when the snow flies" by the rude front desk clerk that couldnt tear herself away from the TV to check us in. The linens and towels are all dingy yellow and looked dirty. The carpets were filthy throughout the entire place. The breakfast is comprised of ultraprocessed junk food with no fresh options at all, not even apples or bananas. There was no cream for the coffee and was told "thats a good thing" since they had enough people stay there to use it all. It wasn't good for us and it was an ignorant thing to say to people who are currently staying there. Total waste of money, and it wasn't cheap $$$. My family of 4 were miserable there for our 2 night stay, and they insist on full payment upfront..its not a mystery why after staying in such a filthy poorly run establishment.

Resort really needs a renovation. Outside of building is rundown, pool and hot tub were not working. Room smelled like must, uncomfortable bed, railing on overlook was ready to fall off when I leaned on it.

The place was nice. The pool was closed. That was too bad. The view from the balcony was incredible. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The beds were comfortable. There is a pizza place, liquor store and bar a 1/4 mile up the road.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The first room we were given had clearly not been cleaned — it looked used when we walked in. I had booked two rooms for our trip, but they weren’t even located near each other. The breakfast was also very poor, offering only cereal and a few small items. On top of that, the beds were extremely hard, and I spent the entire night tossing and turning. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Great staff, older hotel but generally well kept. Pool closed for repairs when we were there. Best fresh made cinnamon rolls for breakfast started the day out right. As with most hotels, short staff meant the owner was there to make the rolls and check out guests. Pride in providing great service was evident.
