Appartement bien équipé situé au 5ème avec ascenseur. Clim appréciée mais moteur situé sur le balcon à ras du sol, bruyante.Wifi non disponible pendant 9 jours.Rideau de douche dans la baignoire pas fonctionnel ni hygiénique.Place de parking souterraine difficile à trouver (se situe à la sortie du parking niveau -1). Il manque un aspirateur. Il n'y a pas de produits ménagers mis à part un produit vaisselle, une éponge et une lavette. Il y a un balai, une pelle et un balais serpillière. Pas de bruits la journée et la nuit. Calme.L'équipe de l'agence est disponible et à l'écoute. Piscine compris dans la location est très propre, avec un accès par carte dans l'enceinte de la résidence mais aussi un accès par la rue, idéal lorsque l'on revient de la plage. Plage à moins de 400 mètres.Très bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.
