Hotel location is close to centre and staff is very kind&helpful. that's great. But hotel needs maintenance and re-conditioned, room was very cold even though outside was not very cold yet. The floors also same condition. I can say only the Staff very helpful, thanks for that.

Checkin took 30 minutes which is a long time for a family with small kids. Booked a room for two adults and two children, got three beds with no possibility to change room or get an additional bed to the room. Sheets were torn. Breakfast buffet nice and fresh.

Det som ändå lyfter hotellet är frukosten och i viss mån den pampiga byggnaden. Men rummen! Jag har påtalat det tidigare men det är sjukt slitet och dåligt. Mattan i mitt rum var så sliten att trådarna är synliga på platser där man går mycket exv utanför badrummet.
