Great price, great location. Had a Carrefour nearby and is right in front of a bus stop. The only downside is that you can hear the street noises so if you prefer silence, I wouldn’t recommend.

I've stayed at a few Aparthotels run by this chain & know what to expect - in terms of apartment condition this was fine and walkable to the city centre. What made my stay difficult was the car parking. I emailed the property twice before arriving (on a Saturday) saying that I needed to park my car but nothing was done. I even phoned the number provided but they never replied. I ended up street parking which was not ideal.

A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Luckily however when someone exited the building we were able to wait in the reception area while we worked out what to do to avoid the pouring rain. I asked a lady who was entering the building if she knew the access codes. She did not but pointed me towards a number to call outside reception hours. Without her help we wouldn’t have seen this number as it was tiny and not well signed. After getting into the room we found the blinds broken, being stuck down and unable to be lifted up to let in the light.

60e sans petit dĂ©jeuner : c’est le prix payĂ© pour un lit sans confort dans une chambre bruyante donnant sur une rue passante. Je ne retrouvais pas les codes d’accĂšs , paniquĂ©e, j’ai laissĂ© 3 messages sur un rĂ©pondeur, personne n’a daignĂ© me rappeler. Oui oui mĂȘme si c’était Ă©crit. Mais je croyais naĂŻvement que nous avons encore Ă  faire Ă  des humains et pas des robots. Seuls points positifs: une bouteille, sachet thĂ© et cafĂ© offerts. MalgrĂ© cela, je n’y retournerai pas.

Excellent rapport qualitĂ© prix pour ce sĂ©jour d’une nuit. Seul bĂ©mol, l’insonorisation des fenĂȘtres, la chambre donnait sur la rue sur le cĂŽtĂ© qui est trĂšs passante et donc trĂšs bruyante. Facile d’accùs et proche centre ville

Super emplacement Ă  deux pas du centre et de la cathĂ©drale. Parking facile. Les consignes pour accĂ©der Ă  l’établissement hors prĂ©sence physique sont envoyĂ©es par mail. Chambre 309, confortable et calme. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner ou rĂ©chauffer des aliments, c’est possible du fait de la kitchenette. La salle de bain-toilette est trĂšs bien. Le lit est confortable avec quatre coussins et un couette. Le chauffage est efficace. Manque des prises supplĂ©mentaires Ă  la tĂȘte du lit et surtout en bon Ă©tat. Nous avons dĂ©posĂ© la clĂ© dans la boĂźte Ă  lettres de l’établissement car pour une arrivĂ©e aprĂšs 19h le vendredi et un dĂ©part Ă  8h30 le dimanche, nous n’avons croisĂ© personne Ă  qui la remettre. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hĂ©bergement lors de nos prochains passages Ă  OrlĂ©ans. Merci.

Grosse dĂ©ception! En fait, la publicitĂ© annoncĂ©e d’apparthotel est trompeuse puisqu’en rĂ©alitĂ©, il s’agit de chambres Ă©tudiantes dans une rĂ©sidence Ă©tudiante. Le nom SĂ©jours et affaires apparthotels induit en erreur. Les locaux sont gris et tristes. Quant Ă  l’appartement que nous avons louĂ©, il s’apparente davantage Ă  une petite chambre basique disposant d’un petit coin « cuisine » logĂ© dans le couloir d’entrĂ©e. Cela ne donne pas envie de cuisiner. Cependant, pour ceux qui sont Ă  la recherche de simplicitĂ© et qui disposent d’un petit budget et qui veulent ĂȘtre situĂ©s pas loin du centre-ville, cette option reste intĂ©ressante.
