Look for another hotel instead of this one

Staff were great, very welcoming and explained the city and advised where to go. The public spaces of the hotel are nice and modern. However the rooms are bad, very small and in need of a major refurbishment. The parking is in a horrible building with no lift.

Great location to transport. Good for one night because although the rooms are clean, they are super small. It's very cramped for two people. Quiet, dark room. The AC stopped working and staff came right away to fix it.

The staff were very helpful. The bathroom was very very small. The whole room needed an upgrade eg the toilet pan was cracked and there was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom. Very convenient to walk into the centre of town. Not good value for money overall

Rooms need updating

Location easy to walk to Centre and attractions. However, parking is a nightmare, so better for people arriving by train not by car. Staff were helpful & nice but the Carpark was full so could only direct us to street parking which ended up full as two hotels on same road. Toilet đŸšœ in tight corner of bathroom, which was difficult for anyone who is tall, my father and brother struggled with the position, would make sense for Shower to be in that corner rather then the toilet.

No Carpark spaces! €8 if you do get in. Very tiny toilet in corner of bathroom, Dad hit head on the windowsill, terrible for tall people. Water leaked from Shower, formed pool on floor, nearly slipped. Badly designed, needs a refit

Hotel trÚs bien situé pour visiter la ville, accueil trÚs cordial. La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Un petit bémol pour la trÚs petite salle de bain et surtout pour la barre de seuil de la porte qui est trÚs haute avec le risque de provoquer une chute. Le restaurant de l'hÎtel est une expérience a ne jamais recommencer malgré la gentillesse du personnel.

HÎtel propre à 1 km à pied du Centre d'Orléans. Remise des clés rapide. Chambre et literie récentes. Salle d'eau de moins de 2 m2 avec difficultés pour avoir l'eau chaude rapidement (merci le 5Úme étage). Chambre 506 située à la sortie de l'ascenseur et adjacente à la machinerie de ce dernier : une catastrophe, à éviter (ça a fait du bruit toute la nuit). Par ailleurs bonne isolation des bruits de la rue (qui n'est pas trÚs passante).
