The hotel was well positioned for our trip 
 The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade. But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh . The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value . We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure. Overall a good experience.

This was a place that was away from the main area of Orleans and a car absolutely necessary. Free car parking available which is always a bonus in Europe. The room was a triple room but extremely cramped and not ideal when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Not a lot of interaction with staff other than check in and check out but seemed personable enough. Thought the price was a little bit expensive for what we got.

A nice hotel that is undergoing some updating and improving with the addition of Air conditioning units in the rooms. We had a unit in the room but unfortunately it wasn't working. The hotel is situated near quite a busy road so if the window is opened it gets to be quite noisy. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. We were unable to get dinner in the resteraunt but there are some eateries around the area and a hypermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was continental as one might expect but was good value.

Le personnel de l’hĂŽtel est vraiment adorable. Nous avons demandĂ© une chambre plus grande et ils nous en ont proposĂ© une immĂ©diatement. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est gĂ©nĂ©reux et trĂšs bon. Et pour un spectacle au ZĂ©nith, c’est parfait : il est Ă  seulement 800 m, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, je recommande vivement cet hĂŽtel.

Tres bon accueil. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit bémol : dommage que la reservation n'est pas été bien lu car petit lit superposé dans un peit recoin difficilement accessible pour un jeune homme de 17 ans. Une honte notre pire expérience

J’avais rĂ©servĂ© une nuit pour ĂȘtre proche de l’Arena. Le jour de la rĂ©servation je reçois l’appel de l’hĂŽtel en me disant que des chambres ont Ă©tĂ© dĂ©vastĂ©es. On me propose de nous transfĂ©rer dans un autre hĂŽtel Ă  5 mn Ă  Olivet. J’accepte. Ce qui n’était pas mentionnĂ© c’est que cet hĂŽtel est un 2 Ă©toiles et non un 3, mais le pire c’est que le vendredi soir est organisĂ© un rodĂ©o urbain sauvage lors duquel une bande de blaireaux fait exploser les moteurs de grosses cylindrĂ©es et les tests de sono surpuissants qui vont avec. Personne a le rĂ©ception, et une grosse frayeur avant de rentrer dans l’hĂŽtel. Bref pas dormi
 et naturellement on ne nous avait pas prĂ©venu. Sans compter l’horrible odeur de Javel dans la chambre. Il y a tellement de commentaires nĂ©gatifs sur cet Ă©tablissement, pas de bol je n’avais pas vĂ©rifiĂ©. HĂŽtels.com a envoyĂ© un message mais toujours pas de rĂ©ponse. Une belle bande d’escrocs !

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© relogĂ© dans un autre hĂŽtel du groupe suite Ă  des incivilitĂ©s dans celui ci. Mais ce nouvel hĂŽtel « Confort OrlĂ©ans Olivet » Ă©tait juste innaceptable : ‱ propretĂ© Ă  revoir ‱ odeur de javel dans la chambre ‱ odeur de tabac dans la salle de bain ‱ les serviettes de bains Ă©taient totalement imprĂ©gnĂ©es de l’odeur de tabac = rĂ©sultat pas de douche !!!
