Nice large house

The house was great for our large family. Most of the bedrooms were large with plenty of floor space for our adult children to have their children in with them. There were lots of extra comforters. Two of the showers weren’t working which was inconvenient and there were some wear and tear issues, but on the whole it was a great stay. There is a sandy beach pond a short walk which was a big hit.

Classic Golf Tournament

House was perfect for our needs. Open and spacious rooms and outdoor entertainment space. There is plenty of parking to accommodate 13 men gathered for a golf weekend. Grounds and home were clean, modern.

Huge bedrooms, lots of space, great location!

Excellent communication by the host throughout the whole process. The place is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. Fit our party of 19 very comfortable with a few air mattresses for some kids.

A Great Stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. The host was super helpful and responsive. The house is gorgeous and has everything you wouldn’t think to bring on a vacation. The house was very clean when we arrived so we were sure leave the house as clean as we arrived. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a spacious, beautiful place to stay. Amazing stay in Cape Cod!

We had an amazing time at Julie's place. The property looked even better in person and was so clean and spacious. Our favorite was the huge outdoor deck area where we grilled. The pond nearby was also nice since we were able to take peaceful walks there. Julie was a very responsive host and helped with every request/concern that I had. I definitely recommend this stay if you find yourself in Cape Cod!

Clean, spacious, good base of operations in Orleans

A good choice for a large group. Our party comprised 9 adults and 6 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Easy drive to Nickerson State Park and Skaket Beach. And a 5 min walk down the road takes you to a small beach on Baker's pond.
