Flew in from Detroit , about 6 mins away from universal studios , friendly staff , nice hotel , pools workout room .. affordable.. only cons were it was a stain on the sheets on one of the beds and the iron didn’t work , everything else was fine

Multiple calls from the manager and left me voicemails about our room before checking in. Had issues with the room and asked if we were ok with a diff room I said we had party of 5. She said no worries she will make sure a roll up bed is put in the room right now. And would give me a discount for the inconvenience (never happened) Clearly lied. When we reached our room at around 11pm and sooo tired…no roll up bed there. Asked front desk she said no note here. And if u want u have to come and get the bed yourself. The room was so small there wasn’t even a space to put a roll out bed! Back n forth and it was passed midnight till we got a diff room. Painful and very unorganized place. Will not return and do not recommend esp with kids.

The receptionist was a little prickly when we checked in, but honestly, everything else was perfect. The rooms were cozy, the temp was just right, and the location is great—right by the highway so you can get everywhere fast.
