No maid service even on an 11-night stay. Because I called corporate. About a lot of things, the manager retaliated against me and my family (whistle blower). I reserved another 5 nights on Wed. 08/28/2025 to arrive on Sat.08/31/20255 and check out on 09/04/2025. No call, nothing. I drove the 3-hr. drive after closing our own business. Arrived at 10:04 p.m. to check in and was told that my reservation was cancelled by the Manager and placed on a DNR list. No call, no notification until I arrived. I am a reg. late check in. Smoking bench by the pond has a 4-5' Alligator in it right now. DANGEROUS for evening smokers. It has NO fear of humans! What that manager did is illegal, immoral and unethical. Call me at (727)556-2696 or like the previous guest I will be seeking legal action and take it all the way!! Illegal to retaliate againt " Whistle Blower."

Having to go to the front desk and check out a remote control feels strange if you're not on spring break. Haven't been to another hotel in years that didn't have a bottle of water in the room or in the lobby for guests.

The room was not properly cleaned! Hair on the ground, hair on the bed, The carpet outside the room was filled with debris and the floor of the room was filthy. Staff was very pleasant.

it was OK for a 1 night quick stay. I was super tired but the hall smelled like a mix of cigarettes and marijuana...abnormal for a hotel at that price. While taking shower I notice spots on fixtures and realized it was ROACHES, among spots on walls. This tells me room was not cleaned well. If it was THEY WOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT!! I really deserve a refund, but I did have clean sheets to sleep on. Checked out at 8 am so I could find something else!!

WoodSpring suites is an affordable option in terms of finding a place to stay for a night or two. The parking lot is clean and there is plenty of parking. The front desk staff was very friendly and worked fast to get me checked in. The hallways however, were less impressive. The building smelled of what was either mold or cigarette smoke and the carpets were very dirty. The rooms themselves were nice and clean and were spacious. The showers do need to have liners outside of them as water gets everywhere when you take a shower. For $80 a night it’s a pretty good deal but the building does need some overall work.

Seeing how my wife and myself are both highly disabled I request a handicap room. We were given a room on 4th floor. My wife got stuck in the elevator first night , front desk wouldn’t change to lower floor since we can’t do stairs and elevator was put out of order
