I found WoodSprings in my search to find an extended stay hotel as I’m working in the area. The hotel and front desk staff itself is great. Room was perfect, fridge and a small cooktop. The area it’s in, not so great. Next door is a 7/11, and you can find peddlers, homeless, vagrants, and panhandlers. I cut my stay short due to drug usage on the premises. It was not a safe environment.

The entire night/morning there was people running around upstairs and making a bunch of noise (dropping metal bottles & making a ton of noise). We tried to call the front desk multiple times at night and in the morning due to not being able to sleep and no one ever answered the phone. I ended up having to go downstairs with my baby to file a complain for a refund and was told no. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

My mom and I were staying in the hotel while one morning around 8:30 am, we had to be disturbed with the maintenance crew. They come to clean up all the air conditioners in our floor. The saddest part was that there was no communication whatsoever. No one on the hotel was informed about this procedure, they just did it with no care for the guests.
