Our newly renovated 3 bedroom townhome, 3 bathrooms (2 full baths) and private hot tub is situated on the prestigious community of Terra Verde which might be just what you are looking for! The décor is modern and pleasing to the eye...all new furniture.

The property was pet friendly but not clean when we got there. Dog hair all over the furniture and floors and carpet. We had to come in and clean because our clothes covered in dog hair. The beds didnt have actual blankets on all of them some beds only had a top sheet. The outlets in bathrooms didnt work. The child gates are broken and by one of the gates there an outlet with broken cover that falls off. Hot tub was filthy and back patio was dirty and cushions were gross. Remotes for the tv outside and living room didnt work and the tv in the kids room didnt work. I reached out to the person I rented from but no response. Gated community is very nice and lots of fun things for kid's and adults.

Staycation

Everything was great! My family was able to relax and enjoy some quality time together without even leaving the area. The rooms were very neat and tidy and the bathrooms were clean. Our host was great with communicating back with me on any questions that I had. We would definitely come back to stay again if we are in the area again.

Great location-Pleasant stay

Terra Verde is a wonderful neighborhood in a great location. Unfortunately the pool deck was closed for seasonal repairs and we were not informed until just minutes prior to our stay so that was a bit disappointing. The townhome itself was generally as advertised, comfortable and clean with just a few very minor cleaning and maintenance issues observed. Overall we'd highly recommend the Terre Verde community and for the money this townhome was a good option,
