Everything was great! My only complaint is that since we booked on hotels.com we had to pay an additional resort fee that wasn’t mentioned on hotels.com.

Let’s start with false advertisement, we were not placed at the resort we booked . The Expedia resort info and amenities was for a “sister property “ NOT the place they put us ! We had zero restaurants on property , no gym , no food market , not even a coffee stand !! The room we were put in was not clean . Foot prints all over the floor , shower was dirty with open soap . The AC in the room would not stay on so our first night was horrible . When I spoke to the front desk they told us we could upgrade for $25 a night . Which we did the room they moved us to was better . The keys to the room Do Not Work !! We had to go down at least 4 times to get new keys . This was not a nice place to stay

This hotel chain was amazing. From the staff to the facility. We experienced an issue where the room we booked wasn’t available when we got there. I didn’t have to make a fuss or ask for a manager. The front desk staff immediately handled the situation by switching our reservation to their sister property westgate villas which was 5 minutes away. They even gave us a one time courtesy room upgraded. The property was huge with so many amenities, they even have their own movie theatre. I will definitely be staying here again.

I checked in and in the morning went out for breakfast I had only checked in for one night realized I forgot to tell him I was staying another night in fact to tell him they went out for the day when I got back everything i Had left in my room was gone She's worth the bed all the drawers in the bedroom in the kitchen were open. I told the front desk they got security I filed a police report The biggest problem is all is the hotel didn't even seem to care

Great stay! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with 3 bathrooms and 2 jacuzzis. Wonderful hospitality and clean resort. Close to Disney! Lyft rides were around $15 to Disney rideshare drop off.

This was my first time staying here and before I checked out I booked my next stay with Westgate. Rooms seemed remodeled, clean, and have everything you need for a great stay. Staff was friendly.

- First of all, I booked at westgate tower resort and was asked to go to Westgate vacation villas. Asking a customer with his tired and crying kids to go to another resort is not a professional way to do - Overbooking reservations is not a trustable approach - I was not alone, many customers were redirected so it appears like a planned strategy which is not welcomed - It took more thann 50+ min to check in westgate Villas aft 10:30 pm so definitely not what we wanted to experience - charged resort fees when it was promised during that checkin that it will be waived - room was dusty like it needed sweeping - Overall, not a pleasant experience and will not refer anyone to this property
