The room was smelling weird when I went in, didn’t look like the pictures. However, that was not the only thing couldn’t sleep at night cause the Neighbor came both nights and started to fight at 12am and 2am after I told security. However, they still were loud. I didn’t use the amenities and still had to pay $69. And to Find out on my last day trying to Go to the water park I had to pay an additional $25.

Great 10 day stay! Thisbplace is awesome. 14 heated pools, 14 jacuzzis(super hot), dinosaur mini golf, bike rentals, numerous playgrounds, tennis, volleyball, basketball, synthetic ice skating rink, swan paddle boats. The two floor. Waterparkis cool; heated lazy river, pirate themed slides. The large pool there is really for smaller kids. My teens preferred the regular pools which open 8am to 10pm. The activity center had super fun staff and always something to do on the schedule. You can rent balls there, board games and more. We stayed in the 5000 building. Our room was the cheapest option on Expedia called double room. It was huge and fully renovated. Two big bedrooms, fully eqipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher. 3x 50inch tvs. My teens loved the cinema witch played 3 fairly recent movies per day. There's restaurants and arcade on site which we dodnt try...because walmart is accross the street and so much to do in this great location. Parking is free at this resort. Daily resort fee was 29$(was not listed on Expedia)There's so much staff everywhere to help you and are always cleaning the grounds. Some people staying there are timeshare owners, but I paid so cheap with expedia when combining my flights, so I decline all invites to do a tour and keep coming back this way nearly every year. Cons on this recent trip- the pool bars were not open and there was no music that usually plays, the waterpark was closed for maintenance for half of my stay. Otherwise, all went well!

Need an ice machine on premises. Water pressure in shower was difficult. We didn’t wanna leave the premises, but you had no restaurant with a sit down breakfast. That was very disappointing.

There was an undisclosed resort fee that cost as much as the room did. Additionally the repair of the amenities made use of the resort part unavailable. Bait and switch. Rented hotel room not a villas.

At check in I was asked to pay resort fees which was not stated anywhere on my Expedia booking. I book often and I’m aware of fees, but it was not on there. Expedia refunded me after being on hold at the desk for over one hour. Room w 2 beds is very small and it shares a vestibule with another room that is very loud. Rooms only get cleaned if staying 2 weeks or more. Had to drive to the closest pool to me as I was put at the furthest corner of the resort. Had to call ti get the heat fixed. Flashing messages on the phone w no info on the phone to get the message. I stay every month and prefer the Wyndham cypress resort over this resort. More room for same price

This site noted there is no front desk. There IS a front desk and that front desk charges you a resort fee I was not made aware of. When I said that I had no idea, they said they knew that it was not listed on the hotels.com website but I was still required to pay it. The rooms have walls that are paper thin, shower had little hot water and tv channel selection is minimal. Would not recommend.

Dishes were filthy, no stove, AC didn't work almost our entire stay, and people were really loud next to us. We also had to pay resort fees and a $50 deposit.

Hola buenas tardes De parte mía lo primero La información está mal ya que una reserva al llegar al hotel cobran un dinero adicional de FEE el cual supuestamente cubre todo dentro del hotel lo cual no es así El Chequia de la entrega también estuvo mal ya que unos empleados dicen u hora y otros otra a la final tocó entregar a las 10 de la mañana
