The Space:

Mornings begin with coffee shared on the patio or a quick dip in the private pool, while evenings invite everyone back together under the Florida sky for games, movies, or a casual grill. The villa’s open layout lets you unwind after busy park days and reconnect in spacious comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
- Nine bedrooms spread across two floors provide privacy and convenience. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms for easy main‑floor access. Upstairs there are seven additional bedrooms and four full bathrooms. In total the home offers 13 beds, comfortably accommodating groups of 16 or more.
Outdoor living
- Step out to a private pool just beyond the back door, with optional heating for cooler evenings. A patio area includes a grill and ample seating for relaxed afternoons or calm evenings outdoors. As a guest you also enjoy free access to Windsor at Westside’s shared resort amenities: a large resort‑style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse with arcade games, bar and lounge, sports courts, picnic areas, and additional BBQ spaces.
Kitchen & dining
- The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dedicated dining area, making it easy to prepare and share breakfasts, snacks, or family meals. Open sightlines connect the kitchen, dining space, and living room, encouraging group meals, games, or movie nights on the TV. Climate control with air‑conditioning and heating keeps the interior comfortable year‑round.

- Situated in the gated Windsor at Westside Resort off State Road 192 and US 27, the villa is within walking distance of the community’s extensive amenities. Easy access to I‑4 places Disney World about 20–25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive further. Nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options round out the convenient location.

The Neighborhood:
An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.
Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.
Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
