Had a little issues with the pool/hot tub. We were fine with the pool not being heated but wasn’t expecting to pay extra to have the hot tub heated. The first day the pool was cloudy and had an odd smell, but the pool guy came without us having to say anything and got it cleared up after coming 3 times. But only issue was he came early in the mornings and we were woke up multiple times by him, as the master room was right next to the pool. And another morning we were woken up for an appliance delivery. Was just a little annoying being on vacation and wanting to sleep in. Over all good stay thou.

Space is very functional and pool/ spa combo is awesome. We really enjoyed hanging out outside. Good amount of room for sitting/ lounging. The open floor plan is nice for being together as a group. Lots of space, more than is pictured!Could use some updates and some dusting/cleaning. Otherwise great!Our host was 10/10 in communicating and accommodating!

Great Family Vacation!!!

This property was amazing. My family really enjoyed our stay. The location and checkin was great!! We were in close proximity of everything, just beware of traffic on weekends.. Christmas vacation

The house was just what we needed. Nice and clean, good neighborhood with nice neighbors, I went for a walk every morning and everyone was so friendly. The kids enjoyed having the pool as an option. The house was just what we needed.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed at this place for just under a week. Everything about it was super great. It was nice to come back from a day at Universal and relax in the heated spa. Sadly, it was too cold to swim much. There were 7 of us, and it was nice that we could all have our own private spaces. Beds were super comfortable. The only downside was that the pool/spa needed handrails. My parents, who are in their late 60s, had issues getting in and out. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!

Family trip

We enjoyed the amount of space for all 9 of us. Our kids were able to feel "at home" which made it nice for us.The kitchen made it easy for us all to work together in making meals. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The only recommendations I have is letting people know about the curfew before they rent. The game room needs more air flow it was a little sticky but overall we loved the space. As well as adding handicap rails in at least one of the downstairs bathrooms.

Excellent Holiday Home.

The location is great, close to almost anything you need in a well treed quiet neighborhood with a premium on privacy. The house is well equipped, clean, with ample room and a large main floor master suite. We didn't use the games room too much, but it was a nice touch to kill some boredom during a few days of heavy rain. The pool and outside area are fantastic, plenty of privacy, nice pool and hot tub, with a forest in behind you. You would never know there was a city of 2.5 million people just a few minutes away.
