The property is clean, well organized, and well maintained. The staffing level at check-in was woefully inadequate with a dozen people standing in line to get to a single person working. No one else in the entire building to help, and Fedex showing up to pick up parcels, two phones ringing and on hold, a classic case of BAD PLANNING -- the largest TRU Hotel in the entire network -- spend the pittance it costs to add an extra staff member or two for afternoon check-in -- or watch your overall ratings fall down consistently as business people like me opt to go elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend, we didnt do Disney parks but very close to all of them. Having pool access and breakfast everyday was great! Would stay here again!
