The room was ok. The free breakfast was a disaster day after day. The food was bad and the variety was worse. I've stayed a tru hotels several times and the breakfast has been decent. Not this time.

Breakfast was cold despite being in the hot containers, very limited compared to other Hilton's. Doors are super loud so when people are entering and exiting their room you can hear it. The service was OK. It feels like you're entering a gym when you walk into this hotel. Cleaning service is every other day which is terrible. It is located close to Seaworld and it is quiet at night close to the police station, but not my cup of tea of a hotel.

Very nice hotel and the stay was great and the bedding and pillows and comforters was excellent however, when housekeeping began, it was still quiet hours before 9 AM and it was extremely loud. That was my only complaint.

The room was not cleaned. They didn't reset the alarm clock from the previous visitors, so we got a bunch of alarms in the middle of the night. When my wife called to ask how to shut it off, they just hung up on her, and then they called directly to the room which again woke my son up. The manager was a jerk at check-in. They charged more for parking than we were told. Otherwise it was fine.
