We have stayed at numerous resorts in this area 3-4 times yearly for the past 10 years and this property was one of the most disappointing one we experienced. Our condo had sheets with stains, no dish towels in the kitchen, mismatched towels, the sofa was very worn out and really not functional at all. No instructions on how to use the televisions or cable stations. The guest bath tube wouldn’t drain so I called and was told they would send someone and that never happened so 4 adults had to shower in the master shower. For what I paid for the 6 nights I would have expected much more! Never again here…
