Enjoy your stay at this beautiful townhome close to Disney and all of the other theme parks! It is located in a vibrant vacation feeling neighborhood called Champions Gate! Disney is located about 20 minutes away, Universal, SeaWorld and the outlet malls are about 30 to 35 minutes away it does fluctuate depending on traffic and the time of day! There are plenty of stores and restaurants very close by! There is a luxury community pool with a splash pad, a gym, Volly ball court, mini golf, an arcade room, a grill and bar located at the pool (with poolside service) all of these amenities are included in the price and are accessed with a key card that is on the entry room table. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs! This is my one and only rental and I try my best to go above and beyond and provide the extras that the surrounding rentals don’t offer and if anything is running low, please don’t hesitate to reach out and hopefully I can have it delivered to your doorstep the next day! The rental has scooters for you to enjoy (the host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents) A little bit about myself is I am originally from Florida, and I bought this home so I have the opportunity to visit my family monthly and create memories with my family, and I figured why not give others the opportunity to create Fun filled memories with their families! I worked very hard for my home and I'm pretty easy to work with! Please Just take care of the place like it's your own! I strive to be a five star host so if any issues occur during your stay please let me know and I will do my best to assist! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out :)

Beautiful short 2 night stay with friends. Very clean, well taken care of, lots of extras, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated. Didn’t use the pool, but it is very close.
