Experience

Booking, the room location and check in were fine but there was a missing remote control and shower curtain. We called someone came hoyrs later with the remote but said housekeeping was responsible for the shower curtain. I cslled three more times but the shower curtain did not cone until the next day. The next day we had an outbreak of ants and the toilet paper holder fell off. Someone came for the ants. He placed bait in the kitchen so the ants moved to the bathrooms. The fllors were not ckeaned because there was stuff in three different rooms in corners and/or behind the doors.
