The host was very welcoming, the house was clean. We had a water issue one day coming through a ceiling, the coffee pot needs replaced. Was just slightly underwhelmed at the value vs.cost. I will say that when issues came up Top Tier was on top of getting things taken care of, I would stay with them again just a different house they might have.
