The house itself isn’t bad and the people that were at the house too were really nice. I give it the rating I did because it proved a pool and hot tube with no heating/ hottube timer was broke. That’s not the main problem I had though it was the fact that this place has a bad cockroach infestation that we somehow didn’t know about till day 5. Definitely not staying here again. Hopefully not being any unwanted guests back to my home.

Ad did listed as whole house. Only renting rooms. Pool dirty. Wasn't cleaned until the next day. Ice machine on fidge broke no ice in the house. No hangers in closest, carpet dirty, not enough parking for guest. Had to move cars constantly. Only stayed because I rented for two nights. Also no benches or stands for luggage. No sitting chairs in the room.

The room was dirty!! I sent several messages then got a response the next day. I was informed I would receive a refund because the conditions were so bad I had to leave and get a hotel. Stop haven’t received my money back. I highly recommend them replace the carpet, hire a cleaning service and stop renting rooms and just rent the entire home. Safety concern and filthy home.

I really liked the property the communication with the instructions were excellent. the place was clean quiet parking is good. The only observation I have is that on Friday there was people on the sidewallk talking with music and it was hard to sleep. I woke up at 2am and they were still there. I had to be at the airport on Saturday at 6/6:30am and it was hard to go back to sleep. Aside from that I had a very experience.

Did not stay! The whole reservation thing was a scam. The advertisements, the photos shown etc… do not reflect the real condition of the place. First and foremost, the property manager was not available to attend us when we got there for checking and only got back to us some hours later offering us another accommodation other than the one shown in the booking. We saw the place so filthy, smelly, dirty carpets. ‘Twas unbelievable!! Horrible!! Terrible!!Please beware of this scam!! Do not book!!

This place is like a eoom mate setting ypu share a bathroom and kitchen with others people have 2 cars and the parking sucks because you get in late theres no place to park. Guests in the house were drunk and asking for money and staying there fresh put of jail. This place wont be good for ypu if you have small children and are expecting your own place.

Excellent stay!

Everything was comfortable, clean, and excellent communication with property owner! Don’t be afraid to rent here because it’s a shared house. Everyone works well together for use of kitchen, laundry, pool area, and parking. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

The room itself and its connecting bathroom was in excellent condition. I had to call the owner because the code for my door did not work. This is a large house, and you will be able to hear occupants in bedrooms beside you and in the hallways. There are only 4 parking spots and you may need to communicate with the other guests and/or the owner if you are blocked in as no parking is allowed on the street. You will also be sharing the stove and fridge. There is a pool in the back. This is great for people that don't mind others in close quarters. Your privacy will be limited to the bedroom and if you elected for a private bathroom.
