The staff was very friendly, family run operation. Don’t judge by the outside, the rooms are very clean, a little dated but the bed was very comfortable- no problems falling asleep. Plenty of shopping plazas on the highway but the highlight is downtown Clermont about 25 minutes away.

It was a solid average hotel. Clean and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast, which was pretty limited, except for some fruit and coffee. The coffee was fine.
