Room very clean and staff super friendly. Room nice and quiet. Only complaint is complimentary breakfast needs help. I've been to Best Westerns before and been offered bagel and cream cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages and bananas. This one has none of that. Poor selection for breakfast.

The property itself was clean. However, the AC unit in my room was blowing hot air. I had to walk over to the front desk because the phone in the room was not working. I informed the front desk he then proceeded to inform me that it’s never happened before and someone would come at look at it. No one ever came to check my AC unit and I was very hot all night.

Overall, we had a good stay. Staff was very helpful. Frankie was amazing, we arrived middle of the night, she provided lots of info, showed us where to grab something to eat, offer us water. Checking out was simple, the assisted manager guy was pleasant, provided more details for our next stay.

Serviceable but could use improvement

The facilities are fine but the experience was mediocre at best. Customer service was good, but the actual stay was just serviceable. A little too out of the way in terms of location and not worth the money saved up staying at a little nicer hotel with a better location.

The room seemed like they were all renovated. Everything was clean. Front desk was nice. Just wish they would’ve had some type of protein for breakfast eggs or some type of meat to go along with the pancakes. I do believe people stay here long-term and they have their little chairs on the first floor, which was not to aesthetic otherwise everything was perfect
