The badWe would never work with UNE again. Why? Extra contracts to sign outside of VRBO and they had the final amount owed much more after the initial down payment and it took a week to fix. You needed to pay them (for the remaining payment) instead of through VRBO so that was sketchy. Their maintenance staff had to come several times to fix the same thing and most importantly we were given NO COMPENSATION for the community pool being out of commission for 12 days and the fire pits not lit. We would have NEVER rented this if we had known this, so what you see is false advertising.Community pool was closed for 12 days during our stay with no heads up – UNE blamed Solara, Solara sent notice to all owners. There was no reimbursement for the ‘outage’.Firepits – Solara won’t light due to higher insurance premiums. I’ve asked UNE to take those pictures off the listing, but they haven’t done so as of this publishing.Security is an issue – The gated security guards were inconsistent with who they let in. Our friends arrived at night and without a pass let them pass right through. In addition, there was a robbery while we were there with the police there and a helicopter circling overhead.Loud on lanai due to pool heater/air conditioning units right behind pool.There is no privacy from the neighbors behind the unit as the lanais are 5’ apart.Not a valid mail address (so will be returned to sender if Amazon send through USPS)Twice to fix the TVs and kitchen faucet
