We are immersed in 4 golf courses at Champions Gate. You will need a car to go to Publix or the restaurants.

Guests enter the community through the security gate, where a guard greets them. They then gain full access to Champions Gate Resort and all its amenities.

My home is minutes from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Seaworld, and Universal Studios.

Pool heating is an additional service not included in the booking price. We provide an additional fee of 45/day upon request. Please inquire for more details. I can reach a max of 80°f in winter.
