Guest Access:

• Guests have resort access.



• The resort offers free use of sports equipment with a small cash deposit or photo identification (held until the equipment is returned). Friendly note, we do not offer fishing equipment.



• Fishing is welcomed in both resort lakes. No license is required. All fishing is "catch and release" only.



• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the clubhouse and at the pool. Children must be 14 to use the gym equipment.



• The resort poolside restaurant, Terra Verde Tiki Bar & Grill is open daily from 11:00AM-9:00PM



• All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival. If you arrive after 10pm please check in the following morning. Please return gate card(s) during business hours of 8am to 10pm or in the drop boxes located at the exit when you check-out.



Parking:

All guests are required to obtain a Terra Verde Resort Access card for each vehicle parked within the resort. Parking is allowed on driveways and designated parking spots only. Please do not park on grass or street blocking others' driveway access. Oversized vehicle parking including commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, RV's, trailers, and boats are not allowed to be parked on property, please make arrangements to store these offsite.

Terra Verde Resort is a gated vacation rental resort community located just south of Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida.



Terra Verde Resort is located just south of US 192 off of Poinciana Blvd, just 15 to 30 minutes of nearly all of Central Florida's attractions including world-famous golf courses, wineries, outlet shopping, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and more.



The Atlantic and Gulf coasts are approximately 75-90 minutes east or west. Minutes to restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping.



Other local attractions include Gatorland, Kissimmee Old Town, Celebration and Downtown Kissimmee, Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, Kissimmee State Parks, world-renowned Lake Toho, wineries, golf courses and so much more.

Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be advised that the walking bridge at Terra Verde Resort will be closed periodically over the next few weeks due to essential repairs. These repairs are necessary to ensure the safety and long-term integrity of the bridge. We appreciate your understanding. - Please be advised that the resort charges $25 gate card/resort fee per vehicle parking.

• Please Note: We've recently refreshed the outdoor space by removing the hot tub to create a more open and spacious patio area. While the spot where it once sat is still settling in, the patio remains a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!



Additional Service:

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



We're happy to deliver:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
