Fantastic stay outside Orlando

We loved the location! It’s just south of Disney and about 30 min from Universal. There’s tons of restaurants and a grocery store within 10 min. The property was nice and our 7 year old loved the Star Wars bedroom. Commutation was fantastic too, We hope to stay here again!

The home was beautiful , kitchen is well equipped - everything was clean inside the house - but did not enjoy hot tub since patio was not clean - lots of bugs - spiders - spider webs

Nice townhouse however the hidden fees are a problem

I liked the stay however after getting there I was asked to pay for fees not outlined in the VRBO contract. I was sent messages from both the owner and the company they use for processing to pay for hidden fees like a pet fee using something off of the VRBO process. If that was in the ad I could have made a decision if I wanted to pay that or not but being told after you check into the place seems shady. I also had to pay for other fees like a fee to process me with the service they use and additional damage waivers. You also have to pay if you dont take out the garbage or clean up which is silly when you pay a cleaning fee. Overall the place was nice but the constant ask to pay extra for silly things significantly lowered the review. The owner should change this process. Hope this helps others who were looking for an inexpensive place.
