Very Nice Place

The place overall is great, beautiful, clean, comfortable, nice location only thing is the communication I feel there was a little of a lack of responsive communication. The check-in they don’t notify if it’s ready or not and I think there should be better instructions to the main guard gate to get in the community. There’s multiple entrances and also multiple of guards but it’s one in specific that belongs to your unit that you need to go to and figuring it out took us over 40 minutes. But besides that I would definitely stay again! It’s a very nice place.

They charge for things that we didn’t do in the house. We feel very disappointed about it because out of 11 family members that were supposed to go, only 5 of us went. We barely stayed on the home, we left a day early and never used any of the appliances.

Nice vacation home rental overall. The garage door didn’t work and there was trash left in the garage. It is crazy difficult to get in the gates. The property manager constantly sends you messages regarding charges for everything as a precaution which does come off offensive. There are no towels so pack some if you are driving in. Otherwise you’ll have to purchase some. You do have to pay to have the pool heated. Very spacious and would visit again.
